Steph Gammell

Steph graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) and has since become a Fellow of Applied Functional Science after completing the prestigious GIFT mentorship programme from the Gray Institute, USA. She has a real passion for Osteopathy and a special interest in the assessment and treatment of Sports Injuries and functional biomechanics, as well as a thorough knowledge and experience base of working with pre and post natal women.

Steph uses hands on soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and articulatory techniques including pain free joint movement reprogramming and functional exercise rehabilitation catered to each client’s individual goals. She also incorporates Medical Acupuncture for pain relief, and individual nutritional supplementation and lifestyle advice, encouraging optimum health and recovery.
