Ross MilnePersonal Trainer & Rehabilitation
Currently studying for an MSc in in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at University College London, Ross has a keen interest in injury prevention, diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic injuries. He has been working as a Personal Trainer since 2014, after graduating from Loughborough University with a BSc in Sports Science and Management.
While at University he qualified as a Sports massage therapist, working with members of the Loughborough Rugby, Cycling and Hockey teams. Being involved in numerous scientific studies specifically based around fat loss, invigorated his enthusiasm about the human body and led to his decision to qualify as a personal trainer. He also represented the University Hockey team, playing national league and was an active member of the golf club.
Ross has completed a number of long distance cycle events including London to Paris and a solo trip from Lands’ end to John O’Groats. The later covering a total of 1200miles over a two week period. He hopes to complete a cross America cycle in the future.
