Grant studied Sports Administration/Science and played a competitive level of rugby and cricket. He also travelled widely and lived in several countries working in various roles in the commercial and not-for-profit sector. All of this provided Grant with a unique perspective on how stress can impact the mind and body, and how they can work together for the better and sometimes, not.
As an osteopath, Grant is passionate about supporting his patients to reach their health goals and enjoys working with a diversity of patients from school-age children and all age groups beyond. He mainly treat patients for aches, pains and injuries including those whose causes are work, sports or pregnancy related.
Within his osteopathic treatments, Grant combines a variety of approaches which are carefully tailored to support your unique needs. In addition to gentle hands-on osteopathic treatment, Grant believes in supporting and empowering you through education. To this end, he also offers advice and support on ergonomics, lifestyle, exercise movement that you can do in your own time which are helpful so that you can also lead on your wellness journey.
Grant studied at the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy), receiving an Integrated Masters degree in Osteopathy. He continues to undertake further professional development regularly, including currently undertaking a paediatric course at the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC) treating babies, children and pregnant/post-natal women.
Grant is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (10299) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
