Shane worked globally in the Health & Fitness industry for nine years – focusing on Personal Training and Coaching in New Zealand, Australia, Dubai and now London.
Shane’s passion and ethos over the years has been to facilitate better movement in his clients by the time their session has finished so they can expand the ease of movement into everyday life while achieving all their goals.
He has a wealth of strength and conditioning experience and with his crazy passion for sport Shane uses this knowledge to find ways to challenge his clients and athletes to strive for their full potential.
Shane is Hub Health head of Performance & Fitness and will work closely with your osteopath to ensure continuity of your treatment programme so that you get the best possible prognoses and enable you to keep yourself injury free in the future.
Once an avid rugby player(internationally capped/7s player), he understands the bodies of clients/athletes and a firm believer that when it comes to health and fitness you need balance, there is a time to build muscle, there is a time to get strong and there is always time to do this functionally. This means studying his athlete or client’s sport and goals to design a programme that will make them bypass the goals and exceed their potential.
