At Hub your personal training will be tailor made for YOU. Following a consultation with your trainer to go through your history and your goals, a programme of sessions will be devised. After this you will receive regular re-assessments to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.
The sessions will always comprise of some work to improve your weaknesses and any mobility issues and the rest of the session will be structured to ensure you reach your goals as well as the ongoing goals of moving well and feeling healthy. With full access to the clinical and injury experts in house we will ensure you stay injury free and motivated to get the consistency of training required to get the results you are after.
Our class instructors are highly qualified coaches who are trained in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning so you know you are in good hands. Our aim is that you will always leave us having had a fun and tough workout but also knowing you are moving better and working towards your own optimal health!

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Whatever your goal may be, we have the perfect class for you.
All of our classes are limited to a maximum of 8-10 members. This allows us to still give you individual attention to ensure you are training safely and pushing yourself to your potential. We do not use any generic, off-the-shelf class sessions. All our sessions are specifically designed by our team of clinical and fitness experts using our experience and science to ensure you minimise injury risk and effectively achieve your fitness goals. All classes incorporate:
- Primal movement and funtional mobility work
- High intensity, multi directional work
- Stretch, mobility and ‘work-on’ sections
