What we do.

Your personal training will be tailor made for YOU. You will have a consultation with your trainer to go through your history and your goals, after which your plan will be devised.
The sessions will always comprise of some work to improve your weaknesses and any mobility issues and the rest of the session will be structured to ensure you reach your goals as well as the ongoing goals of moving well and feeling healthy. Achieving your fitness goals, but always getting injured or ill is NOT what we are about!

 

 

 

Buddy Training

With buddy training you will receive exactly the same service as above, the only difference being that you will be working in pairs or a group of 3. This can be with a friend or colleague or we can match you with someone who has similar goals. Great for extra motivation and for a fraction of the costs of 1:1 Training.
